Yes, this heel is 6.5 inches and has a huge platform in the front, but they are so comfortable! I wear them with jeans, so the height of the heel isn''tnoticed because my jeans are long. But I was so impressed by how comfortable they are. I definately reccomend these. I buy shoes all the time but I''ve already fallen in love with the style of these :).
I love the shoes, and I don''t have big or fat feet or anything, but I can barely fit the ball of my foot into the toe-strap/front sandal piece of the shoe. It''s very small up front and cuts into your foot unless I suppose you have the worlds flattest feet. The rest of the shoe is great, and the sizing is very accurate otherwise. Comes exactly as pictured. I have some friends who can''t even get into the shoe solely for that front part though. If you''re a boy into drag, even though they sell these in size 14, I really doubt the front toe-strap part would accommodate your foot. My roommate had NO luck at all.
