My daughter was excited to receive her new summer sandals.She wore them for a couple of hours in the house the day they arrived (it''s winter outside now).They didn''t rub or hurt her feet.They appear to be constructed well.Look exactly like the photo.

Gave these to my daughter earlier this week for an early Easter present and by the time she got home from school she was holding one shoe in her hand because the strings had broken. I am so disappointed with this pink Jambu Ladybug Backstrap sandal as this is our first departure from Keen''s brand sandals in five years and we will not be doing that again! They are pretty and comfortable, but if a shoe is completely held together by strings what on earth is a girl to do if it breaks!

I will be calling Amazon in the morning to determine what we can do to resolve this problem as the shoes have to go back and we will be seeking a refund despite the fact that our return window has expired. This is ridiculous...

very very comfortable , true to size , nice color . My daughter likes the shoe very much and we hope that spring is coming soon that she can wear here new shoes

There is a hard ridge in side the shoe the rubs along the outside of my 4yr olds feet. She gets blisters or sores every time so we gave up wearing them after about 5 times. Had to cover the outside of her foot completely in bandaids so she didnt get blisters!

Its a shame as they are really cute but must be cheaply made.
