my foot is not that big and these shoes are very hard to put on due to a very high tongue

It looks and feels great. It was a little tighter than other KC NY shoes I have owned which were the same size. That''s due to the fact that this one doesn''t have the flexible fabric seam near the top of the arch. I think the other ones are meant as slip-ons. Use a shoe horn and it will slip on just fine.

So far I''m digging the quality and the look, even though I was previously against the front longitudinal seam down the middle of the toe.

I love Kenneth Cole shoes, but these are snug. If I didn''t own a shoe horn, I would be in big trouble. I have not "broken them in" yet... so maybe I''m jumping the gun. Otherwise they are nice shoes very minimalist design. They go with everything.
