Reef Women''s Laiser Sandal

I''ve been wearing Reefs for years so I was surprised to see that they made the bottom of this out of a different material then usual.It is stiff and the bottom is not rubber, it''s more like plastic which does not grip the pavement.This is a very slippery sandal & a substandard Reef product.

I really like this pair of Reef Butter 2/Laiser flip flops, although they don''t have the same comfort that I love in the Reef Fanning.They seem to have a lump or very high arch that seems to hit me wrong.I LOVE the Fanning they are so comfortable and I plan to buy another pair, but this one I just got isn''t quite the same and yet I do like it.I like the look, the color and feel of it, but I just think that it has a bit too much arch for my feet. I''m a bit flat footed and if any shoe has a prominent arch it doesn''t work for me.I plan to keep these though and will wear them just not for as long as I can wear the Fannings.The place I ordered them from was great.Very fast shipment.Would recommend them and will probably buy from them again.Hope this helps anyone considering this shoe or the retailer.

My reason for giving this 4 stars, instead of 5, is that the leather that is used on the foot-bed is somewhat stiff.

It took a long while to "break-in" these flip flops.

I wish that the leather that is used was softer.

However, having that one issue does not affect the quality or comfort of the flip flops.

I just got these yesterday.I ordered them on Monday, Labor Day, and got them on Wednesday.I put them on and they felt just right. I''m usually a 6.5 so I got the 7. Perfect fit.Very comfortable.I got the brown.The color is much darker the the picture shows, which I am glad of.It''s a deep chocolate brown.I''m ready for my birthday weekend at the coast.
