Creations by Alan Stuart Women''s Pedi-Couture Wedge SandalsI have lots of trouble with my feet, Usually cannot do the thong/flip flop. These however are awesome, they take the pain way from my toes, and my ankels actually are happier too.I''ll be buying more to embelish.

I don''t get pedicures so that''s now why I purchased these. I did so because I have problems with tendinitis and flat slippers hurt in the mornings and hard wood floors exacerbate the problem. We have a "no outside shoes on in the house" rule to protect the floors so wearing comfy shoes was not a viable option (if it were, I would not have bought these to be honest). After searching for slippers with a heel of some sort, I found these were the only ones!

Pros:

The heel helps my tendinitis.

They are reasonably comfy after you get used to your toes being spread apart a bit. After a few days i didn''t even realize I had them on.

They are light and stay relatively dirt/dust/crumb free so keeping them on while propping up feet or laying on the couch is no problem.

Cons:

They slip on hardwood floors so you have to be careful walking. I slipped around quite a bit.

They don''t keep your feet warm at all. I neglected to think about Fall, winter and early spring months when buying these.

You can''t wear socks with them because your toes are separated and that means you can''t mitigate the "my feet are cold" factor.

They don''t just slip on. You have to wiggle for several seconds. Minor, but still enough to have made me eventually stop wearing them in favor of making my dr. scholl''s sandals a permanently indoor shoe and wearing those with socks (so I could wear comfy shoes and still abide by the "no shoes" rule).

They cost a lot of money when compared to other slippers.

Honestly, I probably will throw them in the back of my closet because I can''t bear to throw them away after spending so much money on them. Then I will try to give them away and if I can''t, a year from now I will relent and throw them out.

If you love giving yourself a pedicure I could see this being a great way to do it. If you love to go out and get a pedicure, this would enable you to do that in the summer and still walk around. They are cute enough and non-slipper looking enough that you won''t look like you''re out in your PJs.
