I swear these shoes were made by someone who hated me and wanted my feet to fall off. I''ve wore them twice and both times gotten the worst blisters and cuts on my ankle. These shoes fit well and add an interesting twist to normal corporate attire. Work well with long black trousers... I don''t expect they will last very long though, the heel is already showing signs of wear and I have worn them only a few times (sole is some kind of cheap synthetic). The upper is faux nubuck of course but in black is pretty convincing. They had a strong chemical smell when I opened the box on their arrival I left them in the laundry to air before wearing and the smell has gone ... must have been the glue used in the manufacturing process, it was pretty potent.
