I found a good deal on these shoes-so I will be keeping them.

They seem to fit true to size and they are "uber" lightweight.

straps aresemi-stretchy elastic and provide a comfortable-but snug fit with a bit of flexibility.

The bit of flexibility is a little troublesome for my shorter foot, because my baby toe gets stuck between the straps...

Also, the shoes do not meld with high arches particularly well

Overall, they are comfortable sandals

The elastic bands made the espadrilles super comfortable.I liked the look but my husband thought they looked a little old.

I will purchase another pair of Andre Assous espadrilles!
