Birkenstock Women''s Florida Soft Footbed Sandal

Birkenstock''s Florida is one of my favorite sandal styles. I like the fact that it has 3 straps which securely holds my feet in place when I wear them. I ordered this pair innubuk which is a fairly sturdyleather. What I didn''t notice was that this pair features a soft footbed which is a departure from Birkenstock''s hard yet moldable footbed.

As it turned out, I actually like the soft footbed. It seems a little springier and less rigid, but it still molds to the foot as a result offorce and body weight. The sandals are very comfortable and are as supportive as their hard soled sibling.

Regardless of what sole type is purchased, these Birks are durable and comfortable and they are a nice spin on the basic styles that Birkenstock is known for.

I have plantar fasciatis and arthritis in my feet. The new soft footbed makes these sandals so comfortable. I love Birkenstocks, and now I can have additional comfort with the durability of the sandals I have worn for so many years.

My feet are so bad that my podiatrist asked if he could take my recent x-rays to show the class he teaches!!!Anyway-both he and my physical therapist recommended I buy Birkenstocks and I am MORE than glad I did.They are comfortable, comfortable, comfortable!!!I can walk long distances in them and my feet are still in no pain.Let''s face it, though, they''re not the most stylish....but who cares-if my feet feel great in them.I''ll be wearing them for a long time to come.My physical therapist says they are actually like an orthotic, as well.I just wish the company would design a more attractive shoe that I can wear in the off-summer months.Excellent investment!Buy these shoes if you have bad feet-seriously!!!
