These insoles don''t look like much, but they substantially improved my sandals. I own several pairs of very cute but very uncomfortable flat sandals (the kinds that are so thin and so hard that feel like you''re walking on hard wood). These insoles make them wearable -not heavenly or outrageously comfortable, but wearable. I was concerned that the gel would be plastic-y or that it would be uncomfortable on the skin, but so far so good.

One thing to note-for some women, they may be too small. They''re fine for my size 8 feet, but I doubt they''d fit anyone above a size 9 or 9.5.

I recently developed plantar faciitis which means I have to wear shoe insoles which unfortunately hold only in closed toe and heel shoes. As I did not want to wear closed shoes during the summer period, I used these gel insoles for may sandals. I am very happy with the results. My heel pain has gradually reduced and they also help to keep my feet steady within the shoe. I also use them with sandals that are not thongs. Since they "stick" to the shoe, it makes no difference.

Ordered these for regular sandals (not thongs) because I need a AAA width, but can only find cute sandals in AA or N.These insoles took up enough room to make my sandals fit perfectly, plus gave an added layer of comfort.Really, really recommend them highly.Just ordered a few more pairs.Pretty much made my day, because without these insoles, I would have had to return my new sandals.

These are great! If you have foot problems and need some cushioning in your sandals you must buy these!They are easy to get in/out of the sandals, and are easy to clean.They have a somewhat sticky bottom so they adhere to the shoe and stay in place.You can trim them to the size you need if they don''t quite fit.

I am going to buy a pair for each of my sandals so I don''t have to mess with swapping them around all the time. Also, they can pick up some of the color off your shoes and get a slight tint, which may show up if you use them in a shoe with a lighter colored insole.Also a good reason to buy more than one set.They are a little noticeable but not too bad.Added bonus...they feel cool to the touch, which is nice on those hot summer days!
