I ordered this shoe because i didnt have a brown shoe....i wear 9.5m so thats what i ordered ...it was definitely true to size...the shoe didnt look like the pic..the heal was patent leather...but still love the shoe...the height was perfect cant wait to wear them
I ordered these shoes and although they are very pretty in person, the brown shoe does not come with the snakeskin heel as shown in the picture.I complained, was told to return them while they shipped me another pair.Received those and they are exactly the same with a brown patent type heel.The shoe seems comfortable but I am having a bit of trouble adjusting the straps.They are a little big if you have small ankles.If I had known I wasn''t going to get the snakeskin heel, I might not have ordered these.
