What it Looks like in person: These shoes are cuter in person because the toebox isn''t square like the picture suggests; it''s round. It''s very well-made for a satin shoe, and has a nice metallic outsole. The satin shines like any satin shoe too! The picture above suggests little to no shine. Also, the picture suggests that the shoe is gray, it''s more like silver; a little lighter than what the picture suggests.

Sizing and comfort: Initially I thought these shoes were too long because I can fit a finger in them in the back. So I bought heel pads to avoid my feet coming off of them, but found the pads made my toes squeeze in the front. I recommend buying your usual size. You can pad them enough (even by your toes) so that they''re comfortable even while they''re breaking in. If you have somewhat wide feet, they will hurt you in the topline area and squeeze your toes on the sides.

They are ADORABLE and also have great quality. Not to mention that Amazon.com sells them for WAY cheaper than ANYWHERE ELSE!

I got these shoes (in red) as a gift and just love them. They are elegant, and the satin is beautiful, the lines are actually pleats and the rose on top is made of the same soft satin material. I found the toebox a little tight but other than that, they were true to size. They are high (4" heel) so if you''re not used to wearing high heels they may take a little getting used to especially if you are wearing them for an evening out. The photo doesn''t do them justice, they are so much nicer.

I bought these shoes at The Buckle so I was able to see how amazingly cute they are in real life, everyone is right about the pictures not doing them justice, but I find it hard to believe any of them wore them very much before writing the review.I wore these around the house a bit to break them in before taking them out on the town with no back up shoes, but that was not enough.They were torturous after an hour at the least! I mean no heels are ever great but whoever designed these HATES FEET!

I gave them two stars because they are so pretty, and for days where you just sit mostly they are fine.
