The "stones" on one of these shoes fell off right out of the box.This means that the shoes was either not inspected before packaging, was sent with a known defect, or was damaged in shipping.Vendor''s solution was to pay for return shipping (which I had to print out label and go to post office after repackaging), but what I wanted was a replacement shoe sent.I gave the vendor a range of satisfactory solutions, but they picked the least satisfactory.This product did not appear to be well made, or made with scrutiny and excellence in mind.It was also a gift, and the defect made for very much embarassment.
