I recently was diagnosed with a heel spur and bought these pads.They are great!It has really reduced the pain I feel in walking.I can tell the difference by taking them out and trying to use the shoes normally hurts.But put them back in and it''s nice and squishy.The indented spot on the pad lines up well with where my heel spur is.

They are very sticky on the back side, which helps to keep them in place.If they collect dirt, you can rinse them off and let them dry they are sticky as new again!I even stick them onto my flip-flops to wear around the house and they stay in place.

I have Achilles tendonitis, which basically means a lot of pain in and around my heel.The shoes that i would need to buy resemble the shoes the nuns wore when I was in high school. These inserts are great for heel spur pain relief. I never had foot pain till one day I pushed too hard in a high impact aerobic class. That evening I couldn''t walk half way around the block to walk the dog. The next day the pain persisted and I just couldn''t shake it, so I gave up and went to the doctor. After an ex-ray it was pretty obvious that I have spurs on both heels.

The doctor recommended icing my heels and taking Advil, but this did nothing. Once I got these heel spur inserts I finally got relief. The gel is sticky so the inserts only have to be adjusted about once a week or 2, and if it stops being sticky just rinse it off and let it dry. The hole in the middle is perfect for my spurs, relieving the pressure.
