I have been wanting these for a while.Glad I finally got them.I was hesitating between size 7 or 8, because I usually wear a 7.5 and they don''t have 1/2 sizes in this shoe.Due to the reviewer above stating the length of her foot and the size she picked, I was able to determine that a size 7 would work for me.Thanks, Cheri!My foot is exactly within the sole of the sandal.An 8 would have been too long for my 9 1/4 inch foot.

The sandals are really cute and comfortable.I got the pink, which is a dusty rose color.The leather is soft.I am wearing them for the first time today, and I am noticing the cuff around my ankle a bit, but it doesn''t hurt, it''s just something I''m not used to.I would recommend them, they look great on.If you have a wide foot, these are NOT for you.

Loved this sandal the first time I saw it a month or so ago.Finally bought it in black, and being a Born fan for many years, was pleased with the quality of the leather.What''s odd is the sizing difference from Born sandals I''ve purchased through the years, and the new Born corp. off-shoots, Born Crown and BOC by Born. The length, shape and width of the foot bed, and even the attention to detail, is not as high-quality as it once was.I have always been between a size 8 and/or 8 and 1/2, regular width.

Now, when I order anything from Crown or BOC, I know to order an 8 even though the length of the 8 is usually about 1/8 too short for my 9 and 1/2 inch-long foot.When I tried the 9''s, they were simply TOO long in length.

Anything still made by BORN (not Crown or BOC), still tends to be true to size.

This sandal?Wish I could find an 8 and 1/2 in the Crowns and BOCs, but this is NEVER an option.Despite the slightly too short AND too narrow foot bed, it looks beautiful on and really flatters my legs in a sexy sort of way.I was so pleased I went back and ordered the same sandal in the Gold tone color!
