I bought these for a pirate costume, and they''re perfect! You can unfold them for over the knee, and they''re very comfortable. In my opinion, they''re a tad small, so order 1/2 size up if you can.

I was buying these for a costume. They are decently priced and you get a lot for your money! I found them pretty comfortable, and the heel is short enough that you can walk in them for a while without them hurting. Also, the lacing in the back of the calf helps to make them fit a wide range of sizes, and the "leather" is stiff enough that the boots don''t sag on you legs. In all I love them!

I am dancing with a pirate theme and have been searching for the perfect pirate boot.I needed to make sure that either there was no heel (flats) or that there was a low, sturdy heel.The search was not easy (especially since I seem to have a popular shoe size).I have looked at the Pleasures 2025 Maiden Knee Boot on many other sites and Amazon was able to offer the lowest price.In fact, I was able to buy these boots and with the shipping costs, came out at the listed price or lower than other sites.

I got these boots in leather as I wanted to make sure they lasted.I have had no problem with the boots.They are comfortable, and I have even been able to wear them with socks.The tie in the back is not too tight and after you tie it, you don''t know it is there.The boot does not slouch, it stands up as you would hope such a boot would.The fold down can be folded at different levels, so it took a minute or so to make sure both boots were folded the same.

Theses boots are very piratey as well as dressy.I think anyone would be happy with a pair.Make sure to order a size larger if you wear a 1/2 size shoe, like I did.

The look of these boots were ok, though I had to send them back the same day I received them because they were waaaaay to big for my legs and ankles, and looked silly on me.I think they were about 17" around the calf area and slim only slightly down towards the ankle area.But the fit was comfortable, for the time I had tried them on.
