I''m very disappointed with these boots! They are nothing like the other UGGs I have! These are positively well copied, but they are not made of real sheep skin and in general give that fake feel. Luckily I ordered black, so not very obvious, but they probably won''t feel warm like real Uggs and will wear out easily. I''m very disappointed, since I normally trust Amazon and the priducts they sell, but This purchase was not good. They should select the merchants whose goods they sell more carefully! And it would be too much of a hustle for me to return them, since I paid a lot for shipping and customs clearance, it''s not worth paying a whole lot more to return them to the US.''

I bought these for my daughter.They are cute, but one of the boots for some reason curls down above the button.Even if I try to fold it in to keep it from curling down, it still curls down.

These shoes arrived exactly as described.The soles are a little heavier than I had imagined, but they seem to be very durable and high quality.I could not wear them directly out of the box.There are instructions for loosening and tightening the straps in a very specific order to obtain the correct fit.It is fairly complicated, so I suggest following the directions.It was a bit frustrating, but the result is a very custom fit.I think I will still have to play with it a little after I see what they feel like walking around for a while.The footbed is very comfortably contoured.Overall, I am happy with the product after trying them on and walking around the house.I will update after wearing them more extensively.

I was happily supprised when my chacos arrived almost a week before their expected delivery. The price I found here was the lowest I found. It''s true! Chacos do make your feet happy! I cannot take them off. The straps are easy to adjust, and their customer service is excellent. I found that the sizes are true to your regular athletic shoe sizes. I will be purchasing more adventurous chacos in the future!

This is actually my second pair of these sandals.I first purchased these in 2010 for a trip to India.They held up beautifully and were very comfortable to walk hours in each day.I have since worn these sandals during the summer months and just love them.I am a teacher and on my feet a lot during the day.These sandals have never hurt my feet like sandals from other companies & stores.My first pair was brown so I went online and now have a pair in black.They are just really comfortable and sturdy.Also, I have not had a problem with these sandals slipping off.I have noticed that many of the other adventure-type sandals out there now have a strap around the back of the ankle.I like not having the strap around the back of my ankle so I can easily slide in and out of my sandals (this was perfect for India where you always take your shoes off when entering a home).My feet are small for a woman (size 6) so there is not a lot of "meat" on my foot for shoes to hang on to.Despite this, these sandals stay on my feet in all types of terrain.

I would highly recommend this sandal for any type of experience or occasion!

I have 1 pair of chacos that I like and I saw these on sale, and went for it. mistake. the straps are small and cut into your feet too easily, especially when wrapping around your big toe. I know how to adust chacos and I spent several minutes trying to make these comfortable, to no avail. they don''t look that cute either. not worth the money. If you have tiny, tiny feet these might work okay for you.

I really like that I can slip these on without adjusting anything, they look like chacos but feel somewhat like flip flops. The sole is great, supportive and not heavy like my chaco flips. I bought these and wore them a while, but they seemed too big in every dimension.I stopped in at Florida''s Ron Jon Surfshop, one of Reef''s biggest retailers.The clerk told me that Phantoms run large and I should have purchased a size smaller rather than a size larger (as everyone else had told me).I wear a 9 1/2 and had bought a 10.Ron Jon had me try on a size 9 and they fit perfectly.Bottom line, the Amazon seller won''t take them back because they have been worn, so I sent them to Reef to exchange for the right size.BTW the Ron Jon sales clerk told me that most Reefs are true to size, it is just the Phantoms that are too big.

These shoes are adorable. My daughter seemed to find them super comfy and they fit great. We put them on the day we got them and headed out to do a little leisurely shopping. This was my first time ordering shoes on Amazon, and I think I''ll be doing it again. The size fit me perfect (11.5M) I have long narrow feet, and it''s hard to find shoes that fit at reasonable prices. I love the colour, and can''t wait to go out in them.

I''m returning these for two reasons.One -and I guess this is the peril of buying shoes online -I ordered a narrow, and this brand is serious about their narrows. I felt like I was going to lose the circulation in my feet. Two, I was expecting leather and was fairly surprised when the boots arrived and they were suede. A suede boot is not very practical where I live.

These boots are beautiful, but it turns out they hit pretty low on the calf -lower than I would expect from a mid-calf boot. All in all not an ideal purchase to make online.

I love this boot. Again the 3A was not narrow enough in the heel area but with that being said, I still love the boot. Everyone has commented on how great this boot looks. My legs are skinny so the boot was big in the leg area but who cares, I love them. I wish there were other colors. This is such a light color that I am limited with what I can wear with them.

I found these shoes to be a 1/2 size short and narrow for a medium width. I had hoped to insert my orthotic after removing the footbed, but the shoe is too narrow to accommodate the orthotic.Unfortunately, they don''t come in a wider width.

I am so pleased that regular shoe laces have returned to replace the bungie type.They give much better adjustment features for we older folk whose fingers do not work as well as they used to.I also recommend these shoes to anyone who needs a wide width.
