These shoes arrived exactly as described.The soles are a little heavier than I had imagined, but they seem to be very durable and high quality.I could not wear them directly out of the box.There are instructions for loosening and tightening the straps in a very specific order to obtain the correct fit.It is fairly complicated, so I suggest following the directions.It was a bit frustrating, but the result is a very custom fit.I think I will still have to play with it a little after I see what they feel like walking around for a while.The footbed is very comfortably contoured.Overall, I am happy with the product after trying them on and walking around the house.I will update after wearing them more extensively.

I was happily supprised when my chacos arrived almost a week before their expected delivery. The price I found here was the lowest I found. It''s true! Chacos do make your feet happy! I cannot take them off. The straps are easy to adjust, and their customer service is excellent. I found that the sizes are true to your regular athletic shoe sizes. I will be purchasing more adventurous chacos in the future!

This is actually my second pair of these sandals.I first purchased these in 2010 for a trip to India.They held up beautifully and were very comfortable to walk hours in each day.I have since worn these sandals during the summer months and just love them.I am a teacher and on my feet a lot during the day.These sandals have never hurt my feet like sandals from other companies & stores.My first pair was brown so I went online and now have a pair in black.They are just really comfortable and sturdy.Also, I have not had a problem with these sandals slipping off.I have noticed that many of the other adventure-type sandals out there now have a strap around the back of the ankle.I like not having the strap around the back of my ankle so I can easily slide in and out of my sandals (this was perfect for India where you always take your shoes off when entering a home).My feet are small for a woman (size 6) so there is not a lot of "meat" on my foot for shoes to hang on to.Despite this, these sandals stay on my feet in all types of terrain.

I would highly recommend this sandal for any type of experience or occasion!

I have 1 pair of chacos that I like and I saw these on sale, and went for it. mistake. the straps are small and cut into your feet too easily, especially when wrapping around your big toe. I know how to adust chacos and I spent several minutes trying to make these comfortable, to no avail. they don''t look that cute either. not worth the money. If you have tiny, tiny feet these might work okay for you.

I ordered these to replace my Z2 chacos that I''ve been wearing for 2 years. I really like that I can slip these on without adjusting anything, they look like chacos but feel somewhat like flip flops. The sole is great, supportive and not heavy like my chaco flips. I also really love the greens on this sandal. I don''t think I''d wear these for hiking because they don''t feel as secure as the sandals, but they look great, feel fantastic, and are super quick to put on. :)
