These are nice and cushy, I use them in all my sandals.They do move around a little and they do make your foot a little tighter in the shoe.I usually have to replace them once a month in my favorite sandals that I wear all the time because they do get stinky.I think the directions say to change them once every 6 mos., but that would be too long!!Overall, a nice product for someone who is on their feet all the time.
