I was impressed with how quickly my boots arrived. I had ordered the funky orchid and they were just as pretty as the picture, but the fit was awful. I ordered an 8 and they were much too big in the foot but the leg part was so tight I couldn''t pull them up all the way which caused them to bunch around my legs. I''m now having a difficult time getting a refund arranged so I''m trying to find someone else to buy them from me to save myself the hassle.
First off the boots are good quality, and the product seems nice and exactly to description as far as looks.The shipping was also very quick.Those are definite positives, but not enough to warrant higher than a 1 star rating.Their sizes are not accurate at all and the return process has been that frustrating.
It is not disclosed on their store front that this company is located in the UK.Yes, that means that this product is being sent internationally.Which also means, if you order this product, and the size you ordered doesn''t fit (because the sizes are far from accurate), you now have to pay for international shipping to send it back.How much does that cost you ask?Anywhere from $50.00 to $400.00.OUCH!Nothing like donating money to a company for a product you can''t use.They are near impossible to work with when contacting them directly.Had to file an A to Z guarantee.Let''s hope that Amazon comes through on this.

I bought these boots because my job requires me to be outside for three to five hours a day no matter what the weather. I got tired of having soggy shoes when it rained so I went on the search for some rainboots. I was first looking for something fun. Mission accomplished with the smiley face boots that I found. Then, I needed them to be comfortable. I wear a size 9 in most shoes so I wanted a size bigger so they would be easy to slip on and off, so I ordered a size 10. I actually wanted a size 11 but I couldn''t find and womens rainboots in that size(are women with larger feet banned from going out in the rain?) When the boots finally came in, (the shipping took several weeks) they were very snug fitting. Almost too snug! This is a very small size 10 so,of course, they are not easy to slip in and out of and I can''t wear very thick socks. The shaft is very tight also. I have to unhinge the side buckle all the way just to barely squeeze my pant leg down in them. But,the soles seem pretty slip resistant and my feet were dry at the end of the day. Bottom line is that the boots are just as cute as hell and I got a ton of compliments on them from the first day that I wore them, but the sizing and construction leave alot to be desired.

I had thought (for some reason) that the quality of these boots was much higher, but I am not disappointed. Considering how expensive rain boots can be, I am quite happy with my purchase. They shipped very fast, they fit great, and they look exactly like the picture(aka SUPER cute!!). I really am thrilled with them--now if it would just RAIN again....
