These shoes are lovely and fit true to size! They were wrapped and brand new with no spots or blemishes! The only complaint i have is that the shoe box they came in was seriously old and beat up. That kind of gave the appearance that they were used. However, after looking them over, they are clean and new. I am very please and would order from them again!
