These were pretty and comfortable, but after about 4 wearings, the jute around the heel got frayed and fell off. There is nothing I can do to salvage them, so I am going to trash them. Don''t buy jute wrapped heels they are a waste of money.

I bought these shoes based on reading the reviews and I wanted gold shoes.

I received these and was SHOCKED to see that one shoe was brand new and the other shoe

was dirty, nasty, worn, scuffed, dark brown from the gold wearing off!!!!! It had definitely

been used and very worn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in the process of returning the shoes and demanding a full refund immediately!

First they wanted me to pay for the return cost!

Then they changed their tune and sent me a prepaid UPS label to return them.

I wrote them a long and very firm and explanatory letter along with 5 very clear photos

of the shoes !

This company so far has not shown any remorse...nothing. Just "return the shoes".

I will never buy from this company again.

Obviously the word "quality" is not in their vocabulary.

If I could give this review a big fat "0" stars I would!

Just for this reason I gave the product 3 stars. Kids don''t care about their shoes and somehow other brands manage to make shoes'' look last longer. I used to order pediped and see kai run before and after the whole season they look pretty good. This time I decided to give a try to Livie & Luca and am kinda disappointed considering the price.

I needed / ordered a size 10 and it fits just fine but has no room to grow so do go 1 size bigger if you want it to last longer.
