These are adorable, but ultimately I ended up returning them in favor of a less expensive gray wedge. These were comfortable, cute, and unique. A tiny bit short for my feet (I wear a 10 or 11, depending on shoe brand and style...these fit more like a 10).

This shoe is definitely not worth any amount of money the merchants may ask. The manufacturer should included a hot glue gun along with the purchase so that you can continually fix these shoes.They are ever so cute and comfortable to begin with, but after a very few wearings, they began to disintegrate. First the sole separated from the shoe at both toes, then the shoe separated from the wedge, finally, the jute trim started falling off of the wedge.I didn''t wear these shoes to mountain climb, just light wear on level surfaces. I cant believe Amazon is still selling these!! Other colors have very bad reviews since these shoes will just fall apart after 2 weeks of wear. I got one in another color, they arrived pretty and comfy, and shortly after that the upper part separated from the wedge. The stitching material just dissolves. DON''T BUY IT, unless you want to wear them one hour a week!
I am very pleased with my Dolce Vita shoes. The leather is very soft. The laces are leather, which gives the shoe class. I think the shoe is true to size. I have had no trouble wearing the shoes from new, walking several city blocks without any rubbing. They are a comfortable, good looking shoe that I wear with trousers for work. I clean them with a neutral shoe polish and a soft cloth, to preserve the leather.
I can not wear high heels due to bunion problems. I''ve been wearing low heels or flats on dressy occasions these past few years. Flats may not be the best look at times for dressy occasions or for certain styles. This shoe was listed under ''comfort'' category. The heel appears high but the front of the shoe is stacked so the actual lift is not as steep as it appears. I have worn this around the home for a brief time and so far it seems tolerable. To be honest I probably won''t be able to wear this for several hours, but for a couple of hours I believe it will be fine, especially if I won''t be standing all the time. This is a darling shoe and I really wanted Navy sandals by Taos because they fit so well and are so comfortable, but the heel was just a bit too tall for me as I have had multiple knee surgeries and am yet to be very stable in heels (working on it). I love the Crocs Modi Sandal. It''s the softest, most cushy flip flop with a good arch support, best fitting sandal (for me). I wear an 8 1/2 M and the size 7M/9W is an excellent fit. I have plantar fasciitis, heel spurs & neuromas and live in these sandals from about April thru October and never have any foot pain (much more carefree, cool and cuter than orthotics!). This will be my 3rd or 4th summer in them and I have most all of the colors, so naturally I had to purchase these 2 new colors.
I work from home part time and I have a stand up desk (that also slides down when I want to sit) so I was looking for comfortable slippers that would keep my feet comfortable whenever I would slide my desk to work standing up, and so I got these. After a month of having these, I''m giving it 4 stars because after perhaps 45 mins of standing working, I do feel a slight pain in my feet, perhaps my feet is still getting use to it and recooperating from the cheap dollar store looking slippers I was wearing for over a year working standing up. But overall, these slippers are so cute! The color is more lavender than purple, and I wear them all the time when I''m at home, including when I clean. The only time I experience the slight pain is when I''m working standing still for more than 45 mins. Good thing I read some of the reviews before purchasing because as other''s have mention about the size, you definitely have to go up one size. For ex.
