I have danced 11 hour shifts in these shiny white patent shoes and they are still comfortable! Of course,it helps to practise in them since they are so high; some dance moves might be more difficult in them without shifting your weight accordingly. I am 5''8 and with these shoes I am 6''2, so my highly-elevated centre of gravity might play a large role in the adjustment! The secret compartment is fun and useful. I love not having to worry about carrying a purse, or leaving cash in my locker, or double-checking my garter to see if my money is still there. It would help if the secret hole was a bit bigger so I wouldn''t have to fold the currency in such small packages to fit inside. The ankle strap is very secure. Overall, it is a beautiful shoe that showcases my legs, looks great on stage, and gorgeously accessorises all my dresses and lingerie. If I ever got the transparent version, I would get a silver fabric pouch for each shoe compartment so no one can see there''s money in the shoes. My shoes arrived from Spike Blueblood Racing very quickly, and in a neat butterfly-printed box with shoe covers included. I would certainly buy these again.salman

This is my first pair of soleRebels "flipflops".Others have complained about sizing issues with this product line. . . . the right one was tighter than the left which made it a little snug.I have worn them until the right one has loosened up until it is truly comfortable.They are just a tad too short so I order a 1/2 size larger on my second pair.I have ordered these in a different color and (also) 1.2 size larger than this pair.I especially love the fact that I am 1) supporting an artisan product; 2) supporting and Ethiopian business which pays it employees fair wages; and 3) supporting a green company which makes its own fabric, recycles tires and has a reduced carbon footprint to produce the product.
Update:As mentioned previously I ordered 1/2 size up and the fit is absolutely perfect.

I LOVE these sandals.I have owned other Birkenstocks but these are BY FAR my favorite.The normal corkbed soles were, I thought, great EXCEPT for the fact that I did have a bone bruise from the darn things that took 6 months to heal(okay, I wore them everyday for months before getting the bruise).That put me off Birkies for several years until I bought another pair as I needed decent sandals.That pair recently fell apart and left me without.Still thinking of the bone bruise, I sought out soft bed birkenstocks and now wear these daily, even though it is now November.They are FINE even with socks...Seriously, these are incredibly comfortable, so much so that I can barely wear the old cork bed pair that I wore for years.The soft bed makes SUCH a difference and these are more comfortable than good quality tennis shoes, easy spirits, ANY shoe.I have problems with high arches and arch fatique not now!!Instead of limping at the end of the day from being on my feet all day, I have not limped once since getting these incredible shoes with great arch support. I will always keep a pair of softbed birkenstocks in my closet from now on!I don''t care how ugly they are!!
As a first time buyer of this brand of sandal, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the footbed molded around my feet. These sandals have been worn around the house in winter time, and in Asia, on the streets of Illinois and everywhere I go. They have become my sandals of choice. I love them better than any other shoes or sandals I own. They work well with socks on or barefoot.
To date the finish remains intact and the shoe seems durable enough to warrant buying them again. I like these better than the birkentock''s because the heel is a little wider. For my feet this is crucial. The only drawback I''ve found on this sandal is the strap closest to my ankle sometimes digs a bit. A slight adjustment and it''s solved though.
The color and fade resistance qualities are excellent. The undersole adheres well to the footbed. This is a great sandal and I will buy more of them!

For years I have been wearing Mephisto sandals. I started to develop sore heels where the tendons connect to the heel. This was primarily from my other sandals which had a strap on the back. I looked at many slip in sandals. This sandal molds to my feet. It doesn''t fall off and there is no pressure on the back of my foot. It is built well and reasonably priced for the quality.

I bought these for my husband since he has a foot pain issue and Birkenstocks were recommended to him. We did not necessarily want to spend $200 or so to try them out, so I thought this might be a nice alternative. He tried them and feels that they give him great support, soft comfort for his painful arch & heel and they are quick to put on at the door when he comes home from work.
The downside? They are not only ugly but look cheaply made. While that may not be the case (after all they still were not "cheap"!)they have the appearance of something bought at Wal-Mart or someplace similar. I have no problem at all with Wal-Mart, but they don''t charge over $60 for a pair of sandals.
Because my husband has no intention of wearing these outside the house, using them more like supportive slippers, he is not concerned about the appearance. On the other hand, I bought a pair of Tahiti style for myself and had to return them because they just looked terrible to me. I must say that his looked better, perhaps because of the dark brown suede-like material (definitely not the real thing!) looking better than the taupe color, which really looked cheesy.
So, comfortable they are, attractive they are not. I''m personally saving up for the real thing in leather for myself so that I don''t have to compromise on style...but then again my husband has his sandals now and I guess I won''t for a while considering the price of the best Birkenstocks!
Fusion Unisex Toe Separating Sandals by Yoga Sandals, XXL: Women 12-13.5 Men 10-11, Brown
My wife and I both have pairs of Beech Quatro yoga sandals that we wear only inside the house on weekends, when we''re on our feet all day in the kitchen for ethnic cooking marathons. They really seem to be effective in reducing leg and back pain after long hours of standing. They''re "inside shoes" only. We''ve never worn them out of the house, because we don''t want to soil or scratch our tile floors with sand or stones picked up from outside. We had been meaning to get extra pairs for outside use for quite a while, but never got around to it. Then I found out about the new (as of Spring 2011) Beech Fusions, and decided to give them a try.The Fusions are quite a bit different from the Quatros, in appearance, construction, materials and fit. The soles of the two types are exactly the same size and profile, although the Fusions have a little more arch support (it''s barely noticeable, though). The Fusions have a hard, textured rubber bottom rather than the softer, smoother material of the Quatros. The strap of the Quatros extends along the side of the foot like a conventional thong, while the Fusions have a wider crosswise vinyl strap like that on an athletic slide. This strap is softly padded on its inside surface and fits very snugly, unlike the Quatros strap, which is quite loose on the top and sides. The toe separators are the biggest difference. The Quatros'' separators are made of elastic cords sheathed in black plastic tubing, which provide more separation than the Fusions'' much thinner rolled-and-stitched vinyl thongs. They still provide the benefits of toe separation, but not as much. On the other hand, the Fusions are easier to walk in without the slight awkwardness of the Quatros.
Bottom line: we''re very happy with both the original Beech Quatro yoga sandals and the new Fusions. The Quatros remain for indoor use only, since our cooking marathons do not involve that much walking, which is less comfortable than in the Fusions because of the greater toe separation. The Fusions are easier to don and doff and easier to walk in, which makes them our sandals of choice for shopping, running errands and other trips away from the house. Regardless of which one you choose, you will realize at least some benefits in terms of posture, stamina and relief from leg and back pain. I didn''t believe it at first (see my review of the original Beech Yoga Sandals), but now I do. They really work.

I love these sandles.They are much more comfortable to wear then regular thong style sandels.I wear my pair for slippers around the house.The substancial sole is like wearing bumper pads around my toes so I no longer stub my toes on the furniture as I briskly walk around the house.I find them so comfortable, I just ordered my second pair.I would recommend them to my friends.I LOVE these shoes. I wear them everywhere and every day. They are so comfortable I like to wear them more than I like to be barefoot. The only thing "bad" I would say about these shoes is the color. this was the cutiest sandal but after wearing them for a short time the straps that came around the top part of your foot (just from the part in between the toe)was very hard and not that flexible which made that area of your foot very sore.I tried walking more with them but the flexiblility just did not give at all.They left my feet with a bruised feeling each time.I gave up on them, but they were the prettiest sandal in silver. I was very dissapointed considering they were Bandolino''s and they usually never give me a problem.Exactly as described and very cute. Color very neutral. These sandals are really pretty and cute, I bought both the gold and silver.Unfortunately they are not leather and the straps dig into my feet (my feet are narrow).I assume if they were leather they would be more flexible, therefore more comfortable.If you''re not going to do much walking in them they''ll be fine, but if you walk a lot, they could be painful.I have these in the gold color. They are perfect for dress and casual. While I agree with the previous reviewer that they are a bit stiff they will give with time.

I cannot describe how disappointed I am in these shoes. The shipping was quick, probably because the box it came in was two sizes too big with no filler to make up for the size difference between the shoe box and shipping box and was only taped twice. When my husband brought the box into our house, I really couldn''t believe that the box was already open. Still, I put on one of the boots and I liked them. Although the fraying on the boot straps was annoying and made these boots look kind of cheap, I still thought they were cool. Imagine my suprise when I pulled out the second boot and found a stud on the front completely hanging off. Ever the optimist, I handed the boot to my husband thinking he could push it back in. After all, I really liked these boots. However, when I was handing it to him I noticed a pink splotch on the heel of the boot that was the size of my pinky nail. I put these back in their wreck of a box to return today and because these were the last pair in stock (all the good pairs I guess has already been sent) I will not be asking for a new pair.
