I picked these up to go with a couple specific accessories.They are very cute in person, the zebra pattern material is a satiny material with lace accents.The ankle strap is a little annoying in that the elastic section neat eh buckle seems to like to spin around and get bound up in the band that connects it to the shoe, other than that, so far so good, they are cute, they have added a new thicker insole pad that feels pretty good for a shoe with this kind of hight I expected them to be far more uncomfortable but was pleasantly surprised.

Fitflop Women''s Fleur Sandal

This is the second pair of Fitflops I''ve ordered and I love them. After suffering with a mild case of plantar fasciitis, a friend recommended Fitflops and I''ve never looked back. I ordered my first pair a few months ago, and wear them constantly around the house and garden. Surprisingly, my foot problems improved within weeks.

The ''Fleur'' I received last week are pretty enough to wear out for shopping, dining, or any casual event. The color is mineral red, but it''s more of a coral, which is what I wanted. The size runs true and they are so comfy. They are pricey little shoes, but well worth it. After wearing heels to work for years, Fitflops are an awesome relief.

I have a pair of Fit Flops that I bought last year and have worn constantly. They are the "basic" model, in red. So I was thinking that this year I''d add to my collection by getting something a little flashier. These are adorable. I''m giving them only 3 stars because they are a bit wider than the other style (I have a narrow foot and they don''t stay on as well) and the sole is just not as comfortable. I was assuming that all Fit Flops are made from the same basic sole. Maybe they are making them differently this year, or else the more designed ones have a different base, but they are just not as to-die-for comfy as the others I have. That being said they are cute! I have foot problems (heel spurs and plantar fasciitis)and my podiatrist says Fit Flops are the only flip flops anyone should wear. I''m going to give the slippers a try when Winter rolls around.

Women''s BOC Born Concept, Zita

I have had the real Born version of these sandals for years and loved them, but they are now worn and need replacing. These BOCs seemed to be the closest thing I could find, but in reality they are nothing like the originals. They are constructed with man-made materials instead of real leather. The straps are harsh and abrasive to the skin, whereas the original Born sandals feel like soft slippers. I am sure these will cut and give me blisters even with minimal walking. They also look cheaply made. The uppers have a strange, almost plasticized shine to them, and there are parts where the stitching is coming out (despite the fact that they are brand new). They are worth only about half of what they cost (which was $25). They definitely don''t merit having "Born" written anywhere on them.

I absolutely love Born shoes and own several pairs but I was not impressed with these Born flip flops.I have narrow feet and these flip flops are too narrow even for me.Even after a breaking in period they are just not that comfortable.I am surprised because Born shoes are usually extremely comfortable.I ended up givinv these shoes to my daughter and she says they are uncomfortable as well.

I ordered these to replace a pair of beloved BORN sandals I lost on a trip.When viewing these online they appeared to be the same but when they arrived I found they were not.They are cute and up to BORN''s excellent standards but they are narrower in the heel than my originals, the inside of the sandal was rough on the soles of my feet and the bottom of the show is more contoured and made me feel I was walking on small stones.I really miss my lost sandals but could not wear these as replacements so I returned them. The company that distributed them (Peltz Shoes)has very helpful, pleasant employees who guided me through the return process so I will definitely order from Peltz again.

ASICS Women''s GT 2160 Running Shoe

I have bad feet and bad knees and a wonky ankle. And I''m obese (was 300 lbs, lost alot, am a bit over 200 now). In need a lot in an exercise shoe for walking. These deliver.

I used to be a total Brooks sneaker aficionado, but since discovering ASICS, my Brooks are barely used. I just find I can walk easier, move faster, and have NO PAIN after a brisk 30 to 45 minute walk. And it makes errands go faster just being able to not worry about feet/joints.

I had the 2150, which is a lot like these. But I do note that I slightly prefer the 2160. I use a size 9.5 to 10W in shoes (mostly 10W, but as I lose weight, my feet are shifting and I''m between sizes sometimes). I have to buy size 11D in ASICS. It seems like they''d be too big, but I find that going up a size works. I tried the 10.5D, and that works okay, but not as well as the 11D. I just adjust the laces to my shrinking food and eventually will need fatter socks (I love the ASICS hera locuts).

I have these now in two colors (yes, love them that much that I paid $100 for each pair, twice). My ASICS collection is now 4 pairs since I discovered them in January. I walk nearly every day, so I need to rotate and be comfortable.

Thumbs up. Great running shoe (though I just walk with them).

But if you want a deal, try to find the earlier model of this one and might find it for a lot less. They are very similar. Almost identical.

UPDATE: I''ve lost more weight, and now the 10.5 fits better, and is even getting a bit loose. I''m wearing a 9.5 and to 10 M in shoes now, and don''t need wide. So, if you''re a regular width and a 9.5, try a 10 or 10.5 (depending on how much toe room you prefer.)Maybe even need a full size up, depends on your foot, right? I can still wear the 11W with thick sock and really tighten the laces, but clearly, I''ll buy a smaller size for future ASICS. Great shoes, though.

UPDATE: I''m no longer obese, and I can wear 10M Asics. I got two more pairs. :D

I get so many compliments every time I wear these shoes. They are so beautiful and sexy but that always comes with a trade for comfort. They add a few inches to my height which I like but the heel is a bit higher than I expected. It takes a bit of extra effort to walk in them because they are a heavier shoe with no flex. My feet hurt a little by the end of the day but it is tolerable. True to size, high quality leather, very well made and the color is gorgeous and rare.
