Spenco Performance Gel Heel Cups

I have sufering with plantarfasciltis and ordered the heel cup but the gel didn''t help. Even with the stretching and everything they didn''t give me the relief I''m looking for. I''m still looking still no luck.

Ordered spenco gel heel cups to help with plantar fasciitis and occasional heel pain.

They helped as much as could be expected (fixing problems like these require more than just a heel cup, and often require exercises, stretching, weight loss, etc., and can take a long time to get better and may return).

They sometimes wander a bit inside the shoe, but this is not common.

They have a nice squishy feel.

These heel pads Did nothing for me. I have plantar fasciitis on my feet in steel toed work boots 11hrs. daily. I did purchase Powerstep Pinnacle Orthotic Insert off Amazom and they have been great, reduced my heel pain 90%.

These just arrived and I got a chance to try them out, great shoes. Super light and comfortable as advertised.

Fit true to size. Wear 10.5 US, bought 10.5. Like most DC''s these run relatively wide. I would compare them to that of nikes width sizing.

These things are lighter than my minimal nike shoes which surprised me.

I would absolutely reccommend these shoes!

These are the most comfortable sandsls I think I''ve ever owned.I looked for a nice, basic but attractive flat pair of sandals.These are awesome.
