I have sufering with plantarfasciltis and ordered the heel cup but the gel didn''t help. Even with the stretching and everything they didn''t give me the relief I''m looking for. I''m still looking still no luck.

They helped as much as could be expected (fixing problems like these require more than just a heel cup, and often require exercises, stretching, weight loss, etc., and can take a long time to get better and may return).

They sometimes wander a bit inside the shoe, but this is not common.
