Salt-Water Style 4402 Sun-San Sharks Sandal

We buy a pair of salt water sandals each year for my daughter.When I bought these online I didn''t realize that the sole was different from the true original salt water sandal.Still made by the Hoy the best company, but this model is called "swimmer" with a rubber/flexible sole.It''s a bit clunkier, but better in water--not so slick on wet surfaces.My daughter does prefer the original sole, which is much thinner and made of a hard cork/wood material.We probably won''t buy this again.

Love the look! My son did not care for the pointy strap-it rubbed against his leg. My son has narrow feet so it fit fine but its definitely not for a wide foot. He only wore them 2x, it was not a wise purchase.

I use to love my Clarks Sunbeat Sandals.Now they are made in China, instead of England, and they are poor quality.The leather isn''t the same high quality, the workmanship is lacking.I will no longer be buying them anylonger.

This shoe may work well for you if this is your first pair of "Sumbeat". The style is there but it''s just not executed well. Many years ago, I had 2 pair of all leather "Sunbeat". The ankle-strap was adjustable and the insole was leather. The sole was less rigid and light-colored. This current model has none of these qualities and did not meet my expectations so I returned it.

I have these exact sandals from 3-4 years ago, and they are now wearing out, so wanted to replace them, since I like them so much.I saw from other reviews that some people complained that they are now made in China.I checked my old pair, and they were made in China as well, so that did not concern me.When I received them, although they were cut identically, the material for the upper did not seem to be the same.I initially thought they were a thinner cut of leather, but on closer inspection, I saw the tight woven pattern inside, so realized they are not leather uppers at all.They are clearly stamped "Made in China", and "leather upper".I accept that in order to compete on price Clarks now needs to manufacture in China; however, advertising as "leather upper" for a synthetic material is a new low.The cut is identical to the older pair, but with the synthetic material upper there is no give to the cut at the toe edge, unlike a leather pair.

I sent these back on principle today I will not support a manufacturer who lies about the materials on the products.Clarks needs to either go back to a leather product or advertise these as the synthetic uppers that they are. Although Clarks has been a favorite of mine for more than 30 years, I will not be buying shoes from them in the future unless they correct this issue.

Sunbeat sandals used to be the only shoe I would wear, because they were the only ones comfortable to my oddly shaped feet. I gave them a five star review, which I am now forced to edit.

The 2011 version is now made in China, not England. The leather is thick and stiff, and after walking a mile, I now have blisters---unheard of with the old sunbeats!!! The straps are shortened just enough that they will not stay in the buckle when on the last hole. Everything about this years sunbeat screams "CHEAP".

It is really too bad that some fat-assed executive sitting in his leather chair on the 29th floor, has put short term profit ahead of quality, ruining the best shoe thousands of people have ever worn.

As a person with foot problems, it is hard to find both an attractive shoe that is comfortable.This shoe is both.I can''t say enough about Croc''s new line of shoes.They are simply wonderful with this one being a real star.

I''ve owned several pairs of croc sandals in different styles. These are not comfortable. The strap that goes across your toes is too close to the end of the shoe, so (on me anyway) it crossed in the middle of my toes rather than just below as you''d normally expect. And then there is a bump on the sole which I think is also suppose to fall in the joint of your toes but is too far back. Anyway, these are going back, which is too bad because they seemed like a fairly cute and versatile pair of sandals (though they do look like plastic, nobody is going to think you are wearing leather at all.)

I have two toddlers who wear the same size shoe except my son has fat chubby toddler feet and my daughter narrow. They fit both of them great!! i like these better than regular crocs because they stay on MUCH better. The elastic is neoprene like a wet suit so it has a lot of give and is nice and squishy, so ive had no problems with blisters or anything.I have camo and purple and and debating on buying the blue and pink :) And the kids love the fact they can put them on themself and can run hard and play hard and there is no indication of that on the shoes, no scuffs or scratches.

Upon receiving these shoes in the mail, I loved the look and quality. Very cute shoes. However, when I put them on my 20 month old son''s fat little feet, they cut in to the tops of them. Not sure if going a size bigger would have made a difference. A little bummed that they didn''t work for him. Loved them otherwise.

It took a long time to finally get these shoes and once they arrived, the size was wrong. We ordered size 26 and received 25. The navy blue pediped flex brody are of second quality to the previous navy orange ones that my son was wearing. They are much stiffer. I am disappointed.

I recently purchased these shoes in the Black patent and Pewter and i must say i have no regrets about buying these shoes at all.They are not too high and are true to size. I''m 5ft 6" and weigh about 220pounds but these shoes carry my weight almost as though i''m wearing flats. They are very comfortable to walk in and very sturdy too. So i would definately recommend a 100%. The only reason i didnt give them 5stars is because i find them a bit, just a bit, wide. Now I don''t think I can go wrong getting an $80 pair of shoes for under $40!![In fact Amazon had it as 60% off!!!]Naturalizer is also a great brand.

The shoe fits GREAT! I usually wear 10W, but the last pairs of Naturalizers I bought were size 9W and they fit great (flat, Mary Janes).So maybe sizing may be an issue because with the current fit of the 10W, I don''t think a 9W would have fit.So maybe my rule has to be 9W flats, but 10W heels.

The shoe does not look broad/wide for a wide shoe! The front detail stitching allows for a closer fit by the toes and arch for the instep.The elastic is on both sides of that ''tongue'' effect and causes material to hug the instep without squeezing.The material is soft so I doubt any blisters will form from long wear will update if necessary.

Never have complaints re this brand.

The colour is slightly darker than in the photo but still OK.Love the detailing on it.The fit is a bit narrower around the toes than other naturalizer styles so you might almost need to go up a half size.

These things are fantastic. I could wear these all day easily. The thong strap is not too wide and not too narrow, so it doesn''t feel like it is biting in between your toes. The padding is soft and comfortable and the flip-flop has a molded bottom so your feet fit more snuggly making it even better.
