We buy a pair of salt water sandals each year for my daughter.When I bought these online I didn''t realize that the sole was different from the true original salt water sandal.Still made by the Hoy the best company, but this model is called "swimmer" with a rubber/flexible sole.It''s a bit clunkier, but better in water--not so slick on wet surfaces.My daughter does prefer the original sole, which is much thinner and made of a hard cork/wood material.We probably won''t buy this again.

My girls'' have about 10 pair of Sun San Sandals, but for some reason this style ran very small on my son.I''m having to exchange them for an 8.We even printed out the size chart (from the sun san website) and it noted he needed a 7.:(But on the plus side, I LOVE amazon''s exchange option.His new ones will be here tomorrow and I havent even sent the other pair back yet, but will tomorrow.Want Salt-Water Style 4402 Sun-San Sharks Sandal Discount?
I purchased a pair last summer for my son in blue from another site and I paid a lot more! The sandals are great quality and durable. Very good looking also. He wore them all summer long and still looks new. The price Amazon offers are much better than other sites, so I quickly ordered a pair for this summer and can''t wait to get them! I definitely purchase again.One thing I want to mention is that my son has more narrow feet and so if your child has more wide feet, I probably would purchase a different style from the same manufacture.
