These shoes were not very good, and the main reason for that was that they had too little padding. Perhaps it had to do with my particular foot shape, but every time I played with these I felt like my heels and the balls of my feet were hitting concrete directly, with the shoe absorbing very little impact. As a result I have developed a bone bruise in my heel. In addition, the shoes lacked sufficient rigidity and so fell apart within only a few months of average use (playing once or twice per week). The particular damage was on the side, where the main seams were coming undone.
