Crocs Crocband Sneaker (Toddler/Little Kid)

I have 3 1/2 year old twin boys and have been searching for a shoe that can stand up to a preschool sandbox.This shoe does a great job! It easily wipes clean and most importantly to me there is no inner sole for sand to hide under so you just shake a few time to get any sand out that got in through the toe holes.It literally is the perfect toddler shoe in my opinion except for three things....

First, those blasted toe holes will let sand and water in easily but I guess little feet need to breath so they don''t get stinky and prune up. Sigh.

Secondly, The elastic band shoe laces are cool but one of my boys was eating lunch and the darn thing just broke and popped out of the eye rivet after only one week of wear. :(I was crushed.I thought about exchanging for a new pair, considered just cutting the elastic off and using regular shoe laces, but then I was able to fix it with some hard work by pulling the elastic back through the hole and sewing it down.All fixed!

Thirdly, the elastic bands are TIGHT so it''s hard for little ones to get the shoes on by themselves.The toe area does seem wide and roomy though so wide feet (like my boys) can wear these comfortably and narrow feet too since the elastic is tight and will easily hold these on.

Overall, I recommend this shoe.They''re super cute (we got the black/black ones), my boys say they''re comfy, and they haven''t gotten all scraped and scuffed up.I''ll buy more as their feet grow. :)

I love these shoes because it''s the only pair my son will put on by himself. However, his feet are on the meaty side so the repeated action of him shoving his foot in makes the white rubber in the first band of elastic start to unravel and the whole strap breaks completely after a few months.

When we received it, it was just like the picture, pretty. Since too big, my daughter wear it a month after that. After a week, One side (a white with pink band) of one shoe is open, don''t know what to do.

We bought 2 pairs for this model and more for the other model, just this one that has problem.
