Sporty flip flops have always been my summer shoe of choice. But this year I decided to ditch them for something healthier for my feet. Isearched everywhere for everyday sandals that were comfortable, versatile and had a heel strap and nothing between the toes. I also wanted them to be sporty and not orthopedic looking.Finally I found these through a search on Amazon. My quest it over!

I have an old pair of Kayenta sandals I love that are falling apart. I was delighted to see that Teva decided to start making this shoe again. I bought two pair, the black and the Teal. The black has gold accents that at first looked too shiny for a casual sandal, but now I like how they look -especially as I tend to wear this sandal going shopping and so forth. The teal one looks more sporty -the accent is a bright green. Both are very comfortable. I like this style because it fits my fairly wide foot. If you have narrow feet, you might find this style too roomy.The soles are not very thick so this shoe isn''t great for long, extended hikes over rough terrain. They are just fine for shorter hikes. And they dry off fast if they get wet. Glad I bought two new pair. Now my old ones can retire.

tried this shoe on in a store in Denver while on vacation but did not buy it because I thought it was too expensive for a sandal. When I got home I checked it out online and decided to get it anyway because it was so flattering to my less than attractive feet. For a sandal it is very stylish and I will wear it with skirts and capris. It is comfortable right out of the box too. The webbing looks kind of sparkly but not flashy, very nice sandal even with the steep price .
