i tried this style in store. i usually wear a size 7. but this style is very narrow in the toe-box. when i first tried it on, i knew my feet will hurt soon. when i was in store, they didn''t have the wide version of size 7, so i asked for medium width of 7.5. and that fits well. the toe box is a lot wider than the 7. so i got a pair of 7.5M. I believe if i could find 7D, 7D will be nice.

Just in case you cannot find the wide version in your size, order half size up, and keep in the Medium fit. Hope this helps.

These are such a summery pair of shoes, fun yet classy. The leather is beautiful and the foot bed (especially the heel area) is cushioned for comfort. I generally wear a size 8.5 but ordered a 9 based on availability and reviews of them running narrow. I think I would have been fine with an 8.5 especially since the leather seems supple.

I cannot comment on how these shoes break in, or what they feel like after a few wears, because I will be returning them. Despite the fact that they are beautiful, quality shoes, they just aren''t right for me. I have short, chubby legs and this style of shoe does not create the illusion of length. I should have known better, but they were just so pretty and such a good deal for Clarks!
