my pair came with alot of scratches on the leather part of the shoes.One on the shoes actually had a cut on the back strap that was really visible.The shoes weren''t worn, but I think it''s been tried on too many times and it got scratched in the process of it.I called customer service and they offered me extra discount since this was the last pair and couldn''t replace the shoes.I could''ve just returned it but it was really pretty so I decided to keep the shoes for extra discount.I wore it to church and it was soooo comfortable.Remind you that I''m 34 weeks pregnant and I felt no pain or discomfort wearing this pair.The heel is only 3" but it makes your legs look nice.I''d highly recommend!
