This shoe is a must have!!! I was scared at first about buying it but decided to go for it...when the shoe arrived I was in total love with it. It fits perfectly and it is very comfortable. The price at Street Moda is also unbeatable! The shipping was fast and the product looked exactly as it was advertised. This is my new favorite shoe. I would definitely recommend this product and the merchant as well!!!!

I am sure the shoes are great. I did receive my shoes in a timely matter, and they were a great looking shoe.

Since I had already a pair of Ed Hardy''s in size 8 and they were a little big, I decided to order these in a 7.

Just a tad too small, so I contacted the customer service for the company and easily arranged for an exchange.

Great customer service. I followed the instructions, made sure they had a size 8 to send then here is where my story turns.I paid almost the same price to ship them back insured as the actual price of the shoe, but I wanted them, lol.

I used Purolator from Canada, tracked my package, waited till it was received and signed for at the other end, then emailed to ask about the ETA of the size 8 shoe.

No one could confirm the receipt of the shoe.Of course I threw out the packing slip, of course I did not write down a confirmation number. I attempted to get help with the courier at this end. They were unable to do a "reverse" search and without my slip of paper, I was out of luck.

I am out double the money spent, with no shoes to enjoy.This is not the fault of one.Just many errors along the way, with 3 parties involved and no solution.: (
