I have not worn these out yet, I have only walked around the house in them to get a feel for them. The shoe is slightly larger than average, so your heel may slip in and out while walking, this is while trying them on barefoot. I am siZe 6.5 Medium, and I had to buy heel cushions to make these work.Make sure they are quality cushions with a decent amount of thickness /friction, or you will just slip out of those as well. I felt the shoes were worth keeping as is, because going a half siZe smaller would be to small. Very pretty shoes and so far feel comfortable, easy to walk in. Feels a bit snug around the toes, as if it could use a little more room to relax your toes comfortably, but that is likely to stretch with use. I typically stay away from higher heels because most feel awkward to walk in as a short person (5''2"), but these are great.

Today was my first day wearing all day long these shoes and I don''t have any complain (when it is supposed that the first days of using, the shoes are a little bit tight and then fit to your feet). The cushion in the footbed is pretty good.I was a little bit concerned because I didn''t know which size to buy taking into account that I''m not used to American sizes. I bought a 9.5 which is 40 and fit perfectly. I love this shoes because they are stylish, very comfortable and well constructed.
