I wear a women''s size 7 and ordered a 5 Big Kids to save money.They were a little small, but very comfortable.These have great cushion and support--especially for a kids shoe!The 5.5 would fit, so I would suggest ordering a size and a half smaller than your typically women''s size if you want these!The shoelaces are too long, but that is a simple solution.

Just got these for myself! I am 24 always a size 7 in all of my shoes. I tried on the Angelfish style for adults and the size 7 was too large. I thought that I could get away with a size 5 in kids'' sizes, but they''re too small. I could probably fit a 5.5 in kids but I think I''ll probably stick with the adult Sperrys. The difference in cushion/comfort is huge and worth the extra $30 in my opinion. they are super comfortable and look very good on. however the sizing is a bit off i am a 7.5 in womens and ordered big kids 5.5 they fit just fine.
