I Recently purchased the Womens'' Asymetrical Strap Rhinestone High Heel Dress Sandals for my niece who will be celebrating her 15 yrs soon.When the item was sent to me the first time it was in very bad shape with the heart rhinestone on the back of the heal falling out and both shoes were all chipped like it had been used.SO i had to pay almost $14.00 for return and exchange. A week and a half later i received the exchange and i was real excited to surprise my niece, instead i got a pair of shoes with the heart rhinestone on one of the heel broken. It seems likeit is the same pair of shoes i sent back were just altered (with the rhinestone broken in the altering process)and mailed back to me. I am angry and frustrated and really don''t know what the hell to do because sending it back a 2nd time will cost almost as much as paying for 2 pairs of shoes.I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH K STORES USA AND THEIR POOR MERCHANDISE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM K STORES USA AGAIN AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I love these shoes. For anyone thinking of ordering they ARE beautiful! I haven''t worn the shoes yet (they are for an Easter party) so I can''t say about the quality for sure, but they look well made and they are beautiful. My only concern is if one of the rhinestones falls out while wearing the shoes (which hasn''t happened as I haven''t worn them) but if that happens I will have some handy glue, and just glue it back in. To me, it would be worth the effort since the shoes are so pretty (for the price).

We were so worried we would not get the shoes in time for my daughters homecoming but they came and they were perfect.The shoes arrived the day before the event the box was a little tattered that worried me but when we opened them they were just what we hoped for.We will use K stores in the future when needed.
