I bought them in brown, red and green.Returned all three. The red and the green lack color depth.I loved these shoes, until I tried them on.My feet are fairly wide and they fit, felt very comfortable, but I did not care for the wide strap on top.They are high on looks with the cute heel cutout, but the resin bottom is heavy and lacks flexibility with no shock absorption.Clunky walk.

I have been a Dansko fan for years and own about ten pair. This shoe is exceptionally comfortable and stylish.I can stand on my feet all day without discomfort.I am required to wear a business suit to work every day, and these shoes are dressy enough to go with my suits.I truly love these shoes, so I was hesitant to give them four stars instead of five, but five means perfect and they''re not.My only complaint is that they smell really bad.I have never had this problem with any other shoe.I like to kick off my shoes when I''m sitting at my desk for long periods, but on the days I wear these shoes, I cannot take them off due to the stinky feet smell.I think it''s the soft footbed and the lack of air flow in the toe box: the moisture gets absorbed into the footbed causing it to develop an odor.

I bought these shoes in the natural color and and loved them so much that I went back for the red pair. Unfortunately, the red is very orange so I had to send those back and got the black instead for a second pair. Very comfortable and really a year round shoe. Get compliments on them every time I wear them. The heel is interesting with the cut out.

I would give this shoe a 5 star rating for appearance but a two for comfort. They are great-looking shoes, taller actually than their picture suggests, but uncomfortable not bytheir design, but because of the rigidity of the leather.The leather is unaccountably hard. A suppler leather would give this shoe a perfect combination of looks and comfort. Once upon a time Dansko was actually paying attention to the quality of the leather of its shoes. Not any longer. Too bad for us fans of Dansko shoes...

The Dansko Thea is a lovely shoe but I was surprised by the heel and sole being very hard ''wood'' and not the usual Dansko shock absorbing material like all my other Dansko shoes. The shoe looks great and the leather and insole are true to Dansko''s great form but the heel and sole are inflexible. I would have appreciated knowing this before I ordered these. I have worn them and like them but don''t think they would be the all-day shopping or sight-seeing shoe I expected.
