I recommend Ergomates to anyone who is on their feet for extended periods of time. I''m a nurse, running up and down the halls all day long. Ergomates have been a great help for my painful feet. I have plantar fasciitis and the orthotics from the doctor just don''t cut it. I give Ergomates 4 stars instead of 5 because I need to buy a new pair every few months since the soles start wearing thin after a while.

I just got my Ergomates yesterday. I hate to take them off. I haven''t had them long enough to wear them out, but I hope they last longer than the month that the other reviewer mentioned. My biggest issue with them is they are prone to collecting dirt in the bottoms, but that is a small price to pay for the relief they give from my heel pain.
