Merrell Women''s Via III Sandal

I purchased these shoes for a weekend trip to Mackinac Island, MI because I expected to do a considerable amount of walking and biking.I also wanted a shoe that looked good too.These shoes were perfect.I wore them a few times before the trip and then wore them 10-12 hours each day for four days and never had any discomfort from these shoes. I have high arches and have trouble finding comfortable shoes.I was very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend.

I purchased the Merrill Via III so i could have sandals that keep my feet cool while i walk. Fit: true to size, Width: true to size and comfort all day also a comfort pad on the heel. No sweaty feet no rubbing, no blistering. I walk a mile an my feet don''t hurt like in other shoes & sandals, I have a bunion on my one big toe and another starting on my other big toe, have narrow heels that makes it not easy to find the right fit, and fallen arches. I am happy with my purchase and i am going to buy Merrell driving mocs to replace the worn out ones i have, later on. this Merrill sandal has a sturdy soul, sturdy upper leather and wears very well. The straps are velcro which makes it easier to adjust since I have dequervain tendonitis on my right thumb/palm area and starting arthritis on my left pointer and great finger ( get trigger finger and paralizing, radiating pain) plus carpal tunnel.

to let everyone know these only come in whole sizes only, so, if you wear half sizes 7.5, 8.5, etc, then go to the next size up.

I highly recommend Merrill shoes and sandals for a good fit.

The best sandals I have owned! It stands out from the rest as it can be adjusted both over the feet as well as arch. It has a super comfortable inner sole and does not chafe on the ankle or heel. My sister also owns a pair and, after our border collie of 6 months decided to make it into a slip on sandal, she immediately ordered another pair, even though it is much more expensive than other sandals available in South Africa. My bother owns the Mens version is is also extremely happy with it.
