Bogs Men''s Tradesman Mid Boot

So far, we have NOT been disappointed with the Bogs brand at all. My husband and I are new to these boots (but have been aware of them for years), and we each got a pair this winter. I bought these for him after receiving my boots, and for this price, you could not beat this deal. I had to send the first pair back, as they were very large for him. He usually wears a bigger size winter boot to accommodate extra/wool socks, but the 11s were huge on him. I exchanged them for 10s, and they are perfect for him. He has been ever searching for waterproof winter boot, and I think that these will hit the nail on the head. He said that they were very cushiony and kept his feet very warm. I read somewhere else that someone referred to these as their "santa boots" which made me laugh, and I can definitely see that. These boots are quite heavy, and will give you a couple extra of inches of height, as they have a very thick sole.

I have a very large foot size (16) and was very pleased to see that Amazon is now carrying my hard to find shoes.This is a great mid-rise boot, not too tall, but tall enough to prevent the slushy slop from dribbling into the boot and freezing my feet.They are very warm, with or without socks and comfortable enough to do regular walking.They are a bit heavier than other Bogs I have worn, but I think that''s because the sole is thicker and designed to be chemically resistant.I was concerned that the tread might be slippery on snowy surfaces, but so far they have been grippy on everything short of sheet ice. The top of the boot flares, which makes it easy to tuck pantlegs into.They are very easy to get on and off (the back of he heel has a "kick knob" that facilitates easy removal)Overall a great boot.I''m very pleased.

I ordered these boots for my husband, after him trying many many boots. He works in water 8 hrs a day 6 days a week and so far his feet are bone dry. Says they are the most comfy boots he has worn in the past 3 years. They are light so no knee pain or foot pain the next day. There is plenty of room on sides and top for foot not to feel "crammed" He wears a 13 and they are true to size. Says there is still enough room for him to wear a thick sock if needed during the winter. His exact words "I could go jogging in these boots" only had them a few days so if anything changes in his likings we will update. so far they are wonderful.
