FRYE Women''s Corrina Stitch Sandal

These remind me of the Baretraps shoes I had in the 70''s. The color of these shoes (cognac) is a beautiful, rich brown.The strap is thicker around the back of the ankle, which means it isn''t cutting into your ankle like a thin strap.I had no problem walking in these.They fit perfectly except for one of the straps hitting me directly on my little toe on each foot and it hurts.I have not had a chance to move the straps around or stretch them out but I think I can fix that one small problem.These shoes are so adorable that I set them down on a table where I could look at them while working the first day I got them. :-)

Frye makes wonderful footware; however, if your foot runs a bit wide or if you have a high instep, their shoes may not work for you. I love these shoes, which I bought in the gray color, but they were very tight across my foot. I have yet to break them in, and I am thinking of taking them to a shoe repair to get them stretched out. Gorgeous, lovely, but they run a bit small.
