I have fallen arches or posterior tibial tendonopathy.These are the best shoes I have found and have even higher arches than most Orthaheel shoes.I now wear these instead of my orthaheel slippers because they feel better.Note, this has a different footbed than most Orthaheel sandals suede feeling with cork bottom.NOTE:as others have said, these shoes are VERY narrow, but that works for me.Might not if you have a wide foot or very high instep.Excellent!

These sandals are made from cheap materials, the vinyl on the uppers smelled so strongly I had to air them out for a few days.The footbeds are comfortable which is why I am keeping them, but they won''t be a favorite pair.For the price these definitely should be leather.Additionally, who wants a smelly plastic stuck to your foot when it is 110 degrees outside?These are a good idea with the curved footbed but I would not buy another pair until they improve their quality and start using leather and better-quality materials.They are a rip-off.Disappointed in Dr. Weil for promoting these.

This is not my first pair of Orthoheel and won''t be my last.If you have high arches, these will do the trick.I have extremely high arches and arthritis in the top of my foot.I can wear these walking all day and the velcro strap allows me to adjust for swelling easily.

I love these sandals! I have very high arches and suffer from plantar fasciitis. I have not been able to find comfortable sandals.Another reviewer said the material was smelly, but I own two of this style (black and red) and neither have smelled and I''ve worn them constantly for several months. They really are the most comfortable sandal I''ve ever own.
