Golfstream Women''s Spiked Golf Shoe

I just received my sandals today. I admit I have not played golf in them but I have been wearing them around the house for hours and they exceed my expections. I am a cancer patient who has so far endured 42 chemo treatments and the major side effect of this has been my feet. They get very hot and are extremely texture sensitive. I wear Jambu shoes exclusively now for this reason and I almost feel these are made by them the materials are so similar. The sole is very soft and has almost a cushioning effect to it is very comfy. I wondered if the straps would be stiff and scratchy but these also are lined with a soft leather like material that is so pliable it seem like it will not cause blisters. The only golf sandals I have used are the Foot Joy sandals which are great, I love the toe protector and the fact that you can get themtotally soaked but my feet still get hot in them and the bumpy texture of the soles bother my feet. These sandals will not be worn when conditions are very wet but will be wonderful after things dry out here in MA. About size I take an 8 to 8.5. These fit but if I was in a store I would have tried the 9 and maybe bought it. I think they tend on the narrow side. Definitely not wide. And I forgot to mention that the sole is 1" deep in the back and 3/4" in the front and the front does seem to tip up so I think this will be a help with a little water in the ground. There are 5 holes in the heel strap, using all the foot bed I only have one more hole left to make it bigger. Finally, it says tighten the cleats before use (there is a little tool) do this because I found I was tightening them quite a bit and they did not appear to be the standard ones I am used to on Ecco or Nike shoes. I am not sure how to replace them. I will probably update this after golfing. Since I am a serious golfer I do want grippy cleats. There are little flowers on the footbed that raise up almost half the height of the cleat and probably provide moe grip.

BTW I bought these on Amazon with Prime. I was lucky and there was a 20% off sale and then I had $30 of rewards so I paid $66 and am very happy about that. I got them a day early and I bought the color black. I love the detail.
