Taos Women''s Prize Open Toe Slide Sandal

This is a very attractive shoe and equally as comfortable. I have bunions, neuromas, and no arches so most shoes are not comfortable for me and I am always looking for something that is accommodating and supportive. This shoe has a nice arch support, the straps (all 3 of them) are adjustable-not sure if they would adjust enough for a really narrow foot-and the footbed is very comfortable-more so the longer the shoe is worn. The footbed is a softer material than most shoes of this type-I usually wear a sock with others due to the roughnesss of the footbed but that is not necessary with the Taos. For me it ran true to size and true to width. I have been wearing the shoe regularly for about a month and like it better all the time!

I just received these a few days ago and I can honestly say that my feet feel wonderful even after walking in them for hours. I normally have to wear custom orthotics in my shoes, but that''s hard to do during the summer. These have a built in arch support and one of the best things about these sandals is that you can adjust the 3 straps to fit your own foot.I love them!

Pros: The 3 adjustable straps are fantastic. The leather upper is soft and comfortable. The decorate accents are so cute. The microfiber lining on the sole is very smooth and comfortable. The pewter color is suprising neutral, so I can wear it with a variety of outfits.

Con: I have always had a problem with orthopedic, contoured footbeds (like Birkenstocks), which tend to make my feet hurt after wearing very long. The footbed of this sandal is so subtly contoured,I can wear them longer without the problems I usually have with orthopedic insoles. I could not wear these for long walks, but around the house and short shopping trips are doable.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these sandals!I usually have to wear sneakers with orthotics in them my feet are very narrow and I need support.Sandals are hard to find due to the narrowness of my foot but these are totally adjustable and I don''t feel like I''ll break my neck walking in them!They have a soft food bed and are super supportive! If you take a half size (like 8.5) usually, go up to the 9.I bought the multi color with red and brown and am about to buy pair number 2!
