Took half a size bigger and it''s fine, haven''t hiked with them yet but the hold is good on the back and adjustable. Will add more after I spend a day out with them.

i loved these so much i wore them all summer of 2012 and now i need new ones, but the old pair is still good just want clean ones again and not stinky from well wearing them lol in the summer all summer ^_^
