I have a wider feet but can usually get away (depending on the style) with a medium width shoe. This shoe fits me in my "regular" size, so it is true to size, but when I put it on it makes my feet look squished. It is not uncomfortable, but aesthetically not appealing. The pointed front-end shape also does not complement my wider feet. Personal issue aside, this shoe is relatively well made with non-skid rubber sole. Each pair comes individually wrap in a dust bag, and the style is simple but very elegant (Thus the 4-star rating). If you have medium to narrow feet, then this shoe is for you.
