Teva Psyclone 2 K''s Water Sandal (Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid)

I have been purchasing Teva sandals for my kids for a number of years and they were always great quality. I have recently ordered two pairs of size 11 (pink/fuchsia and brown/orange), and they both were a full size too small.

Although the length of the sole of a pink/fuchsia pair was probably consistent with a size 11, the way the sandal was put together made toes hang out while there was a good 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch room in the back. It was not possible to move a child''s heel back that half an inch so to get the toes off the floor because the heel sling was stitched into the sole way too much forward from where it was supposed to have been. The second pair (brown/orange) also had this problem, although to a lesser extent, however it had orange trim coming out from the zigzag stitching, and 1 or 2 wears would have caused it to start detaching all over.

I was actually stunned after all that no one else had had this problem. I compared these sandals to an old pair of same Tevas my kids have outgrown, and I realized that indeed the quality of the old sandal is much better. No loosening trim, and sling where it is supposed to be.

I returned both pairs as defective and asked for free shipping back.

These are such a good value.My daughter is so rough on them and they wash right up on the gentle cycle.They are very comfortable for her foot.Since her foot is narrow it is nice that these can be adjusted so easily with the velcro stripes.Love the new bright pink color and so does she.I buy a pair of these shoes nearly every year for warm weather and for playing in the dirt/mud/park/pool!

I got these for my daughter and she wore them every day. They are very sturdy and easy to put on. My daughter is super picky but she found these to be very comfortable. The price on Amazon is amazing I just ordered her another pair since she outgrew her old ones. The prices here is less than half of what I paid at stride rite.
