So I bought two pairs of these boots.Both of which fell apart after one time wearing them.However, Exotic High Heels were so great they reimbursed me for both pair.Even after it had been over one month I had them.I even told Marcella, best customer service rep ever, we kept glueing them back together & using them.Thanks Marcella & Exotic Heels for being such a fair & honest company.Those qualities are hard to find today.I will shop with you much more in the future.Thanks!!!
