I purchased these shoes for my daughter''s 1st Communion. My daughter is, unfortunately, very picky.I prayed these shoes would be comfortable, and that she would like them.Not only did she like them, she LOVES them!She did not want to take them off. The detail of the chiffon flower with pearls and rhinestones on the front of the shoe is very elegant, and matched her dress perfectly.She wanted a heeled shoe and I was worried about the height of the heel being too high for her to walk in.She had no problems at all.It is a nice thick heel, which gave her great balance when she walks in them.She wears a girl size 1 athletic shoe and I ordered this dress shoe in a 13 1/2M.Could have gotten by with the 13M, but because Communion is a couple months off, I felt safer getting the 13 1/2M so that I didn''t have to worry that her toes would be too crowded in the shoe, & yet when she had the 13 1/2M on, they weren''t too big that her foot was not falling out of them. The only thing I wish was that they were a little more reasonable.For a girls size shoe that she is only going to wear a couple of times, I feel $45 is a bit high.Although, you get what you pay for, and for me, comfort means a lot!Not to mention the detail of the front of the shoe is very nicely done.Definitely glad I got them for her!
